"Capturing the Faces & Voices of Mom-and-Pop Storefronts," is a workshop and gallery exhibition focused on the cultural significance of neighborhood mom-and-pop stores. Mom and Pop shops are an important thread in the fabric of our communities and our lives. Their individual styles give neighborhoods their unique character and charm, while their facades and signage often provide a glimpse into or reminder of the past. The photos below were taken in conjunction with the workshop, with some being included in the 2019 and 2020 gallery exhibitions.
